Books and journals in the earth and planetary sciences, physics, chemistry, biology, and math, as well as general reference works (encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, etc.), are housed in the Main Library on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Abelson Building. A separate Astronomy Library in Research Building Room 272 holds materials in stellar/galactic astronomy and astrophysics. Seismological data bulletins are shelved in the Seismic Records Room (R-162). Videoconference facilities are available in A-220.
